Fred C. Patton

Fred has been practicing law in Topeka since 2000. His practice is focused on small business law, real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate law. In April of 2009, he became an owner of Topeka Escrow Service, LLC.

Fred is a member of several professional organizations including both the Kansas Bar Association and the Topeka Bar Association. Fred also serves as Past-President of the Kansas Association of School Boards and as Past-President of the North Topeka Business Alliance. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce, CASA of Shawnee County, Friends of the Topeka Zoo, and the Seaman USD 345 School Distritct.
